Figure Drawing - 1.15.2007

A couple of my friends were kind enough to come pose for me this week. I'm really working on my rendering skills, preparing to go back to the Watts Atelier in San Diego this October. I'm still really weak on Anatomy and lay-ins. I need to study more on it before the next session. But overall I really feel like i'm improving and I'm very happy with how some of these turned out. --Will

Sketch Night Sketches - 01.06.2007

Had a good time at the sketch club sketch night tonight. Thanks to everyone that came. I brought brown bag paper, chartpak markers and white out for the gang. I think everyone had a lot of fun messing around with it. These are some of my sketches. --Will Terrell

My first painting!!

I sold my first painting this week. It was the first acrylic painting I've ever finished... and the first one sold!! It's a good week. Here's a picture of me holding the painting in its nice shiney new frame. This is gonna be an awesome year! --Will Terrell

Pinal County Fair Illo

Last minute commission that came in last night. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. If I have time (and if anyone is even interested) I may upload a demo for this one. I saved the different steps. I did the B/w with crowquil. And colored it in photoshop.
