SquareDance Caricature

This was a quick commission I did the other day. It was a bit rushed, I finished it in about 4 hours because of all the other stuff going on. I think it turned out alright. I got pretty close on the likenesses, but I was very happy with the realism on the faces, and how the watercolors worked out. I cleaned up the hands and finished them out, but didn't have a chance to scan the final. This was for the clients parents 50th anniversary. Its strange to be doing stuff like that. Pretty cool though. I just hope they liked it.

If you or anyone you know would like a caricature, don't hesitate to contact me. I prefer to do illustrations instead of the quick sketch theme park style, because it helps me grow as a painter and illustrator as well. It is a little more expensive, but definitely worthwhile.
